We also had a chance to bless Madelyn. This was such an incredible experience. I was surprised at how special it was. I never knew how wonderful it would be to see my amazing husband bless our precious little girl. In order to be able to have both sets of grandparents at the blessing we had to do it on a Thursday night. I was a little disappointed at first that we wouldn't be doing it at church on Sunday but I am really grateful that it turned out the way it did. It was more intimate with only our family members there to share this moment with us. We also got to pick the songs we sung and so forth. The spirit was so strong. Before the blessing we sang Families Can Be Together Forever, and of course I balled. Then Bruce gave a beautiful blessing even though he was fighting back tears as well. It was such a special experience and if I have the choice I would like to bless all of our children in the same manner.

Birthday/Blessing/Graduation Weekend
Ok, it has been over two months since I have posted anything so I have a lot to catch up on. I guess I'll just start where we left off. The weekend my parents and Allie came in to town. It was such a great weekend and it was so fun to have them out here for a few days. I miss them so much and I wish we could live closer to each other. The weekend was full of graduation, birthday, and baby blessing festivities. It felt so great to graduate. I feel so proud to be a graduate from Brigham Young University! Yay!
